What motivates you to work-out and keep pushing?
For me it’s the constant conversations with my friend’s about the body goals we achieve and what we can do to achieve them. What’s even better than talking about it? Working out and eating right together.
Accountability is what we have to hold each other to. I’m good about asking my friends how their fitness goals are coming along. How the new trainer is working or how is the new gym their attending.
