Fashion week has just ended but that doesn’t mean the fashion has to stop. A great fashionista will always dress like she’s at fashion’s biggest event of the year. For the people who don’t get to go and enjoy all the festivities like me, we use social media and blogs to stay updated on everything that’s happening in the big NYC.
One of my goals as a new blogger and a women that loves fashion and all things fabulous is to attend Fashion Week at least once in my life and enjoy everything it has to offer.
Can you tell on this day the wind was giving me life.
The best part about following my fav bloggers and social media pages during Fashion Week is seeing the street style. I love seeing everyone’s individual style and how women seem to find a way to mix and match pieces that wouldn’t typically work together. I never really payed much attention to the runway shows probably because I know I would never wear half of that but seeing the celebrities and other fashionistas front row always gave me inspiration.
I don’t do a lot of color or even floral often but with spring soon approaching, I’ve been feeling a lot more girly and putting that into my daily wardrobe. I got this skirt from Salvation Army a few months back and couldn’t wait to wear it once the seasons changed. From the print to the colors, I absolutely love it.
The only thing I love more than clothes is accessories. From shoes, bags, to jewelry, I live for them all. I bought this clutch not too long ago from my fav online retailer, ASOS.com and have worn this with almost anything, everywhere. It’s not too big, not too small and I don’t have worry about it getting dirty while at events or late night partying with friends. Just a disclaimer, I’ve been known to waist alcohol or some how get my clutches and bags dirty without even knowing hence why this black clutch is my current obsession.
