Holiday Party Recap

This December made one year at my current job and couldn’t be more excited to attend the annual holiday party simply because I wanted to dress up. The dilemma began when it came to finding the perfect dress. I looked online and couldn’t find anything I liked. When it came down to it, I waited until the week of and started panicking. To make a long story short, two days before the party my mom and I went into Macy’s and found this dress by Ralph Lauren. As soon as I tried it on, I knew it was the one.

I loved my dress. It fit well and the color was everything. I accessorized the dress with small gold hoop ear rings, a black and gold clutch from ASOS and black heels. The pumps are Christian Louboutins (yes that’s what I said!!). They were given to me as a gift from my fabulous cousin. This was only my second time wearing them. The first being last New Years so this was the perfect time to bring them out again.

I wanted my dress to be the focal point so I did a smokey eye and nude lip for my make up.

Overall I had so much fun with my co-workers. We ate good, partied, and danced.
