Happy 25th Birthday to Me!

On this day, March 28th, I turned a quarter of a century old: 25 to be exact. I’ve made huge accomplishment like graduating college and starting my own blog but there is still more to come.

Quick story. So I bought the big number ballons for this shoot and I was so excited to use them in my photos. They were gold and really big which I loved. My mom threw me a birthday brunch Saturday morning so I left them in the car since I was meeting up with my photographer right afterwards. When I got back to my car one ballon had completely popped and the other one was almost there. To make a long story short I was so upset because not only could I not use them for my shoot but I also waisted $9.99 each for the two balloons.

Being 25 is a like a milestone for me and many different ways. I feel like it represents new beginnings. The first being that I have begun to work on is myself and becoming a better women. To began this I started working out on a consistent basis and educating myself on a healthy and better eating diet. The last few months I have been venturing into the vegan world a little which is quite interesting but this is a journey I think I’m ready to take; emphasis on THINK, it’s a huge step. I do plan to blog about this interesting journey so keep following to see this exploration.

Other than working out and eating healthy, 25 represents the year of growth. I want my style, friends, and career to grow. Style wise just means more exploration with different looks and being creative. I’ve also been doing more networking and meeting people which I love. I definitely see collaborations and fun things coming from this in the near future. Career wise, I’m not exactly where I want to be and that’s the only thing I wish was really different at this age. This May makes 3 years after graduating and I thought I would be so much far along and in a different place with my career but that just means I have to work harder. I hear all the time that I’m still young and have plenty of time to get it all together so I’m super optimistic about everything to come.
