I have always loved pretty much anything gold. From jewelry to tops like this one to the new gold scandals I just bought, I love it all. Gold is such a rich and vibrant color and it can elevate any look and make it look that much more expensive.
I got this top about 2 or 3 years ago from Macy’s and like any good piece of clothing, I can wear it over and over so many different ways and it won’t go out of style. Since we have this spring weather I paired it with some denim shorts, black booties, red shoulder bag, and of course gold jewelry.
I found this shoulder bag at one of my favorite thrift stores and I’ve been wearing it none stop. I usually wear a much larger bag during the week for work to hold my everyday essentials like my Macbook, daily planner, and things like that but on the weekend I’m all about something small and easy. I hate being out shopping or out with friends holding a big bag; so annoying. Believe it or not this bag has 3 compartments and fits everything I need for the weekend like my lipstick, cards and I.D, phone, and keys. No need to walk around with all that extra baggage.
